Posted on January 12, 2021 in Credit Cards

If you are a wine lover, what could be better than earning wine rewards while making your everyday credit card purchases? The Grand Reserve World Mastercard wine credit card makes that possible. If you are looking for the best credit card for wine lovers, look no further than the Grand Reserve World Mastercard.

How Does the Grand Reserve World Mastercard work?

Grand Reserve World Mastercard cardmembers earn 5x points at more than 450 wineries, wine clubs, and other Grand Reserve Partners. They can earn 3x points at any winery, wine club, wine or liquor store, restaurant, or bar, and 2x points per dollar everywhere else.

Cardmembers will earn 2x additional points per dollar on purchases from their top wine merchant every month.

The points can be redeemed for hundeds of wine-related items and trips, including sommelier-curated items like glasses, decanters, chillers, books, and exclusive experiences at partners wineries.

Some examples of the rewards include vineyard tours, winemaker dinners, and overnight stays.

Cardmembers can start redeeing these rewards with as little as 750 points. Points can be redeemed as soon as transactions post, instead of having to wait for the billing cycle to end like with a lot of other popular cards.

The Grand Reserve World Mastercard does not have a foreign transaction fee.

The wine credit card has a variable interest rate that ranges from 14.99 – 22.99% (based on the current prime rate of 3.25%), depending on the applicant’s credit. As a World Mastercard, cardmembers also get zero-dollar fraud liability, benefits at Instacart Express, ShopRunner, and onefinestay, in addition to cellular wireless telephone protection.

Grand Reserve World Mastercard Application

Wine lovers can apply for a Grand Reserve World Mastercard at grandreservecard.com.

In order to be approved for the Grand Reserve World Mastercard, you must have good to excellent credit.

Grand Reserve is a unique rewards program designed specifically for wine enthusiasts. It offers a lot of advantages, and we recommend it as the best credit card for wine lovers. You must keep in mind that all of the rewards revolve around wine, so the card lacks the flexibility of more general rewards cards, such as cash-back cards. The grand reserve card may not be the most efficient way to earn and spend rewards if your priority is maximizing your budget, but it is definitely an excellent wine credit card allowing for an enjoyable way to rack up and spend points.
